• arrive 10-15mins early to check in, set up your mat, and settle into the space

    • yoga mat (bring your own or rent one at the studio)

    • water bottle (available for purchase)

    • towel

  • light, breathable clothes…no shoes needed, we practice barefoot!

  • classes are heated between 90-95 degrees with infrared panels (with the exception of slow flow classes, which will be heated to 80 degrees)

  • street parking is available along Rodina Dr & Town Center Avenue

  • absolutely! Show up as you are- flexibility comes with practice!

tips to get the most out of your experience…

  • hydrate well- drink water, coconut water, electrolytes, etc.! 

  • sign your waiver online to save time at check-in

  • reserve your spot in advance to guarantee your spot- classes can fill up quickly! 

 

  • be gentle with yourself- new to hot yoga? It may take a few classes for your body to acclimate to the heat. This is normal! 

  • listen to your body. If you need rest, take it.. find childs pose or an easy seated position. Listening to your body is part of the purpose of the practice of yoga!
