  • Bri Conway

    FOUNDER/YOGA INSTRUCTOR

"As a yoga teacher and Sweat Haven studio owner, it is my intention always, to create an experience that encompasses the whole of yoga- mind body and spirit. We move the body through pose counter pose and repose for maximum benefits, purification, and liberation. Together with inspirational words of wisdom and upbeat, vibrant music that enhances, energizes & uplifts - creates an invigorating experience that will allow for opportunity to effortlessly arrive & settle into stillness. The true purpose of the practice."

Bri found yoga at age 15, at the start of her holistic health, wellness, & fitness journey. She practiced yoga for a few years before deciding to work towards her 200hr teaching certification. Through her training experience she discovered the mind/spirit connection to what she considered was just a physical practice. Yoga became a passion of hers, as she felt how it nourishes the mind, body, and soul synergistically. Practicing yoga as a whole changed her life.

In Bri’s classes and as Sweat Haven co-owner, she intends to hold space for students to have their own unique experience that encompasses all aspects of yoga. Guiding and empowering them to listen to their own unique body, harness its healing abilities, and do the challenging -yet essential- inner work. She encourages one to recognize that yoga goes far beyond the mat, and that what we learn from the practice can both be applied to and help us navigate throughout our daily lives. Ultimately, to live in alignment with the truest expression of yourself, which is that of your heart.

  • Alana Stevens

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Alana Stevens is a yoga instructor whose journey began five years ago with a deep personal transformation. Drawn to the way yoga empowered her body and spirit, she discovered strength, independence, and bravery on the mat—and an inner fire she couldn’t ignore.

In 2023, Alana traveled to Costa Rica to complete her 200-hour training with East+West Yoga. There, she uncovered the deeper dimensions of yoga: beyond movement and postures, she embraced yoga as a way of life, rooted in surrender, presence, love, and spiritual connection. Her practice evolved into an act of worship and devotion, and she now teaches from that sacred space.

In her classes, Alana aims to cultivate strength, balance, and flexibility—yes, in the body, but also in the mind. She encourages her students to embrace a deeper awareness of themselves and to move through class and life with open hearts, conscious exploration, and overflowing grace. Her intention is to guide others toward the joy of bettering themselves, not only for their own lives, but for the well-being of those around them.

  • Amber Chambers

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Amber has passionately practiced Vinyasa for three years and has been a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher since October 2024. She is a free-spirited health/fitness geek who enjoys practicing yoga in nature and trail walking in her free time. Amber hopes to share the benefits of yoga by guiding students through each session with yogis of all levels in mind. Her class offers a breath-paced, mindful movement session which aims to connect your body, breath, and mind to the present moment. Amber's slow flow allows students to move with intention, cultivating curiosity and awareness of their inner world. Holding poses longer encourages students to experience a deeper understanding of themselves.

  • Amanda Wolf

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Amanda's teaching intention is to guide students towards their fullest potential. She cultivates an inclusive playfulness to her classes, creating a safe space for students to explore their roots and nourish the best parts of themselves spiritually, mentally, and physically. Each of her classes brings focus on yoga philosophy weaved into movement and breath. Amanda has been teaching since 2017 and continues to grow and learn as both a teacher and a student. Yoga has taught her to take "never" out of her vocabulary, and she hopes to instill that in others.

  • Barbara Perez

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

My fitness journey began as a fitness instructor in 2010. After a tireless pregnancy, my body needed to slow down. I discovered barre as my main workout. Still loving all of Barre, I knew I needed more. There was a missing link— my mind and spiritual body craved more. With many thanks to my sister, I found yoga and quickly fell in love with its transformative power. It was the medicine and healing that I needed. I instantly felt the connection my mind, body, and soul needed. I then knew I had to share this gift with others.

Barbara is a passionate instructor who exudes boundless energy and unwavering enthusiasm for her craft. She wholeheartedly shares her experiences with her students, creating an uplifting and vibrant atmosphere in her classes. Known for her upbeat vibrations, Barbara's ultimate goal is to inspire her students to forge a deep connection with their mind, body, and soul. With her infectious energy and inspiring approach, she becomes a powerful motivator, making a meaningful difference in the lives of her students. When you practice with Barbara, prepare to be inspired and uplifted under her guidance as you embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and a great deal of fun.

  • Charlotte Chabot

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Yoga has been part of my life for over 25 years. What began as a quiet curiosity turned into a lifelong passion—and over the years, I transitioned into teaching, blending study, experience, and creative movement.

My practice blends Vinyasa, Power, Aerial, and Hot Yoga, with a particular love for the fire and focus of heated classes. Having lived in England, Mexico, France, and the US, I’ve been lucky to experience yoga across cultures and continents, which shaped the creative and open style I share today.

In 2019, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Bali and have taught private and group classes ever since.

In 2022, I brought my practice online—filming mostly from the beach here in sunny Florida—and have since built a community of over 200,000 followers across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Above all, I believe in yoga as a practice of connection between breath and body, effort and ease, presence and play. I love connecting with others who are curious, grounded, and willing to try something new.

  • Carole Haines

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Carole is a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher who blends the science of movement with the mindful flow of yoga. With over 20 years of personal practice and 13 years of teaching experience, she guides students with precision, care, and authenticity.

Carole discovered yoga while navigating the transitions of midlife, and what began as a physical practice soon became a source of strength, balance, and healing. Her journey—through raising teens, caring for aging parents, managing autoimmune challenges, and supporting her husband through cancer—deeply informs her belief that yoga can be a steady anchor through all seasons of life.

Carole earned her 200-hour RYT in Vinyasa Flow and her 500-hour RYT through Heartwood Yoga Institute, where she also completed advanced certifications in Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Informed, and Ayurvedic practices.

Her classes are rooted in traditional yoga principles, weaving together grounded sequences that build strength and mobility, conscious breathwork, and restorative moments of stillness. She welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners in an inclusive, supportive setting. Carole emphasizes mindful movement, safe use of props, and modifications that make her classes accessible for everyBODY—encouraging students to cultivate easeful confidence and leave each practice with a grounded heart and joyful spirit.

After a two-year RV adventure exploring national parks, Carole and her husband have planted new roots in the Melbourne area. She’s excited to share her love of yoga and community as part of the Sweat Haven family, helping students connect, move mindfully, and find balance on and off the mat.

  • Lara Ramos

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Originally from Puerto Rico, Lara Ramos has been rooted in the Space Coast community since 2007. Teaching since 2016, she is an experienced and heartfelt yoga guide with a 200 E-RYT certification earned under the mentorship of Anette Armstrong at Downtown Yoga in Melbourne, Florida.

Lara’s teaching reflects a harmonious blend of classical yogic principles and modern embodiment practices. Drawing from Vinyasa, Yin, Hot, and Power Yoga, she integrates tapas (effort) with sukha (ease), meeting students where they are in both body and spirit.

Her classes emphasize somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and functional alignment, creating a safe and welcoming space for exploration and growth. With a balance of accessibility, soulful sequencing, and moments of challenge, Lara invites students into a deeper connection with prāṇa (life force), dhāraṇā (focus), and svādhyāya (self-study).

She curates thoughtful soundscapes to support each journey on the mat, fostering an atmosphere of grounding and upliftment. A lifelong student herself, Lara continues to deepen her studies in Ayurveda and yoga philosophy to enrich the well-being of every practitioner she serves.

  • Rianna Day

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Rianna, a native Floridian, has been practicing yoga since 2006 and is a certified RYT 200 instructor. Inspired by the fluidity and rhythm of vinyasa yoga, her classes balance strength, grace, and mindful movement. She believes teaching yoga is an act of service, creating space – both physically and mentally – for self-awareness and personal transformation. Her ultimate goal is to help people create a loving connection with their bodies, breath and mind through movement, meditation, and pranayama. Rianna believes the true power of yoga lies not only in the asanas but in how we live our yoga off the mat, cultivating presence, compassion, and balance in everyday moments.  She loves seeing new faces and can’t wait to meet you at her next class.

  • Ryan Olsen

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Ryan teaches yoga the way he lives his life: with passion, grit, and an unwavering belief in the power of showing up as you are. A Bali-trained teacher with over three years of experience, he designs classes that balance intensity with soulful introspection, weaving together music and mindful sequencing to create an experience that’s deeply felt. Off the mat, you’ll find him lifting weights, enjoying the beach, or diving into his master’s in counseling—a pursuit driven by his belief that healing happens in both body and mind. Ryan teaches with honesty and heart, inviting people to arrive as they are and discover who they’re becoming. For him, yoga is more than poses—it’s a way of coming home to yourself, again and again.
