    Our yoga class suitable for all levels, taught in a room heated with infrared technology (90-95 degrees). This class is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, and is designed to cultivate qualities of fluidity and mindfulness within movement. Instructors will offer plenty of variations and modifications of poses to simplify or advance within your yoga practice. All are welcome.

  • power vinyasa

    Our vigorous yoga class taught in a hot room (90-95 degrees) utilizing infrared heat. This class is designed for practitioners looking to deepen and build strength in their yoga practice. Practitioners will have the opportunity to explore advanced yoga poses and sequences that will challenge strength, flexibility, and balance. Breathwork and meditation techniques will be focused on in this class as well, to help cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Whether you are looking to improve your physical practice or deepen your spiritual practice, this class has something to offer everyone.

    All are welcome, however familiarity and some previous yoga experience is recommended.

  • slow flow

    Our foundational yoga class taught in a warm room (around 80 degrees) utilizing infrared heat. This class is designed to help practitioners establish a strong foundation in their personal yoga practice. The flow is slow and gentle, with greater & in depth elaboration of anatomy & alignment within postures, and explanation of various techniques utilized in yoga, such as breathwork. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will allow you to deepen your understanding of yoga and enhance your overall well-being.

  • espresso flow

    Our 45min all levels vinyasa yoga class! Perfect for the busy bee or those wanting a quick yoga fix. This class is taught in a room heated with infrared panels (around 80 degrees). This short n sweet flow is designed to leave you feeling energized and focused to carry you through the rest of your day.
